New NG New Clan!

hey guys ...

NG is having very bad problems, but i have one idea - i think vms left NG too(i try ask him but he is never at messenger).
Well we cant start all together like
-vms

-hang

-Paratrep

-Thizz

-Random player

-Nocturnal(problems with computer)

-Mr.loco


vms, hangover,(other person) 3 OWNERS

Lets start everything together

i think vms not quited. bec he sayd he stay at this clan.

All we need is the leadership.

In my opinion VMS is not right person to lead this clan. He is always offline. And he is uncapable to lead and control the webpage and clan. (sry but it is my opinion)

I hope the new leader/owner can be solider cause he has enought time to do it .

I can help him as a moderator.
And also thizzle can be moderator.

I dont know about hangover (he said, i was leaving the can)

About oher new/old members i dont know cause i have seen them rarely or they are new here.

Busy weeks. Well, I dont have so many tests in the future, I were six hours online ingame yesterday. I just dont like to be on msn, etc things.

Heres what I have been thinking:

I agree with all of you that this is confusing and frustrating. I think that we need to focus more on getting a good team together first. I know we have quite a few players that have left, so I am mostly concerned that we should be playing together more and practicing.

Us actives need to take control (sorry vms, but we are just trying to help)
-I think we should try to make 2 teams. One of better players, and one of improving players. We can decide on this at a later time
-I think we should kick out players who quit and see who we can still keep
-I think we should refresh the forum
-I think we should find possible clan matches
-I think we should play together more
-I think we should try and recruit active, reliable and skilled players.

There are many people who are inactive in forums and there are many people who I never see in-game.

^^That means, our "leaders" (vms and hangover) are very busy with other things. I think our clan needs to stay organized if it will be successful.

I would like to recommend that we can schedule practice dates and times as well as match dates and times. (For me the best time is anytime-- just let me know)
Practices means that all available NG players go into Pubs and play together to make sure that we are sharp. (This will help us in matches)
Matches are a more complex part, we would need to find another clan to play against. (This is the reason of having clans)

Ummm... how about all of the other things I wrote? I was just making a point that there is no organization. Thanks for correcting me VMS, but we need to step our clan up.

I made a list of active players... add those people you said you saw. And being active in-game is just half of being in a clan. tonza, steal3r... all of them need to be more active in forums. and vms lets schedule a time that our whole clan can play together. usually i only see 1 maybe more, but not everyone.

You lead your clan your own way....but you can see that many players left the clan because of the leading the clan.
