Help Decide Who Can Provide to NG

This was created to start a discussion on members having specific roles in the clan. (This is not permanent or anything, just a suggestion)

OK this is how it will work:
Post a reply to this topic saying some thing like:
" I recommend ***** to be our clan-******* and why. "

You cannot recommend yourself! Choose someone you believe in and trust to be a dependable clan-mate!

OK I will go first because i have some ideas!

I recommend Paratrep to be a Team-Captain because he is a reliable player that I hope will try to contact members to play.

I recommend Soldier to be a Match-Maker because he wanted to do the job before, and I think he is a good person to contact other clans and get matches to play.

I recommend Drain to be a Team-Captain because he is experienced and he is reliable, I hope he will try to contact members to play too.

(I do not mean to forget anyone in the clan, but if I left you out and you think you can perform the role better-- become active in game/ in forum and have someone recommend you)

I think Solider will be the best Recruiter he is the most active person in recruiting that i know.

Team captains do not exist

Well the clans I was in before, had 2 teams and 2 team captains.

Well thats a thing.
What do we need in a clan? What do we really need to be a good clan?

-We need recruiting
-We need active players
-We need active leaders and admins, who refresh the site, ...
-We need matches to hold the activity and fun in the clan alive
-We need members who are interested in the clan and really want to improve it (Thizzle)

Tell me if theres something missing.

I will try and recruit good players and do 1v1's. If it doesn't work out, then too bad, but I think we need some strong active shooters.

Also, Clan Matches are the biggest part of a clan. Until we can decide on a special match maker, everyone in NG, should find some good teams to play against. The experience is what will make NG stand apart from the other clans.

I think that as long as we have a strong core of active members we can play CM's, train, and even find more recruits! (because they will remember NG members owned)

i vote for DRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we should wait for the match VS omega. Maybe after the match we will have more players but nobody knows.

It is true that we need admins and moderators to make the clan alive.

You can see that few players left because this clan was death.

I know that drain is already an admin.

I am not an admin. Cant change things or something on website. :]
