Demo files are around 2mb or so. It takes a minute to upload on my 2mbit. But .avi files are a different thingy

I know .avi files are really large. I was using fraps and it takes too much MB.

Makes a demo file, others need UrbanTerror to watch it. They are small and dont affect your gameplay.
